In past two years WAKO acted as a Main Contractor on several sites including:

  • Office building of 3000 m2 for the “OMEKO” company, Kraków ul. Zawiła 67
  • Office building of 1200 m2 with 4000 m2 workshops area for “SMAY” company, Kraków ul. Ciepłownicza 29
  • Office building of 1800 m2 with 2400 m2 storage area for „INTERSPORT”, Cholerzyn
  • Multi-storey block of 91 flats with underground parking for “DK-DEVELOPMENT”, Kraków ul.Chałupnika – under construction
  • In past eight years we have completed the construction of the following buildings:
  • “Wilga” Hotel of 30 rooms – Kraków ul. Przedwiośnie 16
  • Foundations for the 500 rooms hotel on al.Pokoju in Krakow – investment has been suspended
